AUTO BILLING SYSTEM  

Both Unlimited and Open Gym membership will follow an auto renewal system for duration of at least 12 (twelve) months. Members must submit a valid credit card or proof of a standing order with their bank for a renewing transfer on the 1st of each month.

REFUNDS

BENGKEL does not offer refunds on any membership purchases. 

MEMBERSHIP FREEZES

All members will have access to a total freeze period of 8 (eight) accumulated weeks for every 12-month period. For example, a 6-month unlimited membership will have access to a total of 4 (four) weeks of freeze throughout the duration of their membership validity. The minimum freeze duration is 7-days per request.

All memberships may be frozen by providing a written notice 7 (seven) days prior to the freeze duration. 

WAIVER

Additionally, all members will be required to complete a waiver before their first visit to any BENGKEL club. Please note that members without waivers will be required to sign the additional waiver before entrance to the facility. Should the member choose to not sign the waiver, BENGKEL, unfortunately, will have to deny any facility access until the waiver is signed.

BENEFITS

All Unlimited members will have access up to 4 (four) drop-ins per month at any other BENGKEL club.

BENGKEL offers an array of special classes in addition to the monthly memberships. Please contact our front desk for available classes and slots.
