  • You enjoy mixed-modal training, but have no aspirations to be a competitive athlete. You see fitness as a way to support other areas of your life. You value self improvement, and want be strong and healthy. This program enables you to continue to live your best life, in your most optimum health.

  • You have spent time developing your skills, and have become proficient in most movement patterns. You would like to do more, push yourself more, and find your limits - and break them. This program is for those who want to start to compete with themselves, and others.

  • You have a high level of mastery in all the movement patterns. Your goal is to compete in local, regional, and international competitions. You love the sport of Functional Training, and are willing to make the time commitments to the best you can be.

At Bengkel, you will find individuals who have different fitness goals, and who come from different fitness levels. You will experience a diverse community ranging from performance athletes, to everyday people trying to maintain and improve their health and wellness at Bengkel.

You will follow a semi-individualized program, which means that the scores and data you submit will be used to create the next progression of your training.

This gives you the ability to scale and improve at your own level, while training in a group setting.

You will join a group class which provides the ambience, and a level of community support, that a personal training program could not offer at an affordable rate.
